Here are a few things to know as you plan your time at Three Oaks Respite Cabin.

Question: Where is the cabin located?
Answer: Three Oaks Respite Cabin is located at 6522 Bilton Line, Florence, ON N0P 1R0, near the intersection of Shetland Road and Bilton Line.

Question: Is the cabin wheelchair accessible?
Answer: The cabin is not officially wheelchair accessible. However, the main floor includes two bedrooms, a kitchen and living area, and a bathroom that may work well for some guests with limited mobility.

Question: Can I bring my pet with me?
Answer: While we appreciate that you love your pets, Three Oaks has a pet-free policy, to accommodate others with allergies.

Question: How does check-in and check-out work?
Answer: Check-in begins at 12:00 p.m., and check-out is at 4:00 p.m. The cabin uses private self-check-in and self-check-out, so you can arrive and leave without needing to meet anyone on site.

Question: Is there any programming offered during my stay?
Answer: We’re happy to offer self-directed mental health programming consisting of:

  • Online video modules designed specifically for the respective needs of farmers and first responders from our partners at National Farmer Mental Health Alliance Inc. to support your mental wellbeing during your stay.
  • Guided workbook to follow-along with the videos, including suggested activities and reflection.
  • A follow-up call, text or email with a registered therapist to provide additional support as needed.
